Hooping is a new and totally fun way to get fit and look fabulous. Join instructor, Jessica “Sytlz” Cohen as she combines hoop tricks, dance choreography, and traditional workout elements to create a dynamic fitness experience. Designed for the beginner but appropriate for hoopers, dancers, and, fitness enthusiasts – this class is not to be missed.
Please note our early registration dates as this class requires a minimum of 8 students to run.
