Focused Physical Playtime for Grownups

Come ready to have fun moving. First we de-stress in a follow-the-leader warmup featuring easy-to-access moves from belly dance and beyond. Challenging, guided exercises center the mind in a safe low-lit and mirror-free environment. Both nondancers and dancers will benefit from cardio elements releasing feel-good endorphins and an end-of-class deep stretch. Benefits include increased mindfulness with enhanced channels for creativity. Bring a towel and water and leave the stress of the day behind you.
